Training Class Refund/Return Policy

No returns or refunds shall be given for completed training classes.

Attendance may be cancelled up to one week prior to the scheduled training class and the full balance shall be refunded to customer. Cancellations with less than one week's notice will not be refunded. If notice of cancellation is provided to NTS prior to the start of class, but less than a one week's notice, NTS will present the customer with a voucher that can be redeemed for the same training class for the same number of individuals that were unable to attend at a future date. The voucher shall be valid for up to one year from the issue date, shall have no cash value and is not transferrable.

In the event, NTS fails to hold a training class, for any reason, any payment would be refunded in full regardless of cancellation requirements. NTS's liability for failing to hold a class shall be limited to the refund of any training class fees paid.
